YCI FIRST GENERATION OF NH HOTELES MEXICO SUCCESS

NH Hoteles socially responsible and committed to the company's platform integrates ITP (International Tourism Parthnership) that offers businesses an environment where they can explore, investigate and identify issues related to sustainability collaboration with industry.
Mexico YCI program comes in the first months of 2007 under the coordination of AC association Infantia Foundation is in favor of the rights of children and participates in formulating and implemented with ongoing actions, the formation of social consciousness where right of children and adolescents, are protected and respected.
NH In 2010 he joined the program, taking as the venue to host the fourth generation of the YCI with the Hotel NH Mexico City. In this generation of the hotels also participated: Presidente Intercontinental, W Hotel, Hotel JW Marriott, Marriott Reforma Hotel and the Hotel Sheraton Maria Isabel.
Ten of these young people from different states of Mexico in danger of the streets, between 17 and 21 years participated actively in 12 different areas of the Hotel NH Mexico City, site of this program for 6 months developing the skills necessary to integrate not only the hotel industry, but any kind of dedicated to the service industry, where learning to perform the functions of each area.
The program takes place equally in all host hotels and consists of 3 types of sessions. The theory session was taught in the classroom once a week, in which participants received theoretical information related to companies service, which were given by active managers of participating hotels, thus sharing their experience and advice, in addition to English classes were provided.
At the graduation ceremony attended by authorities YCI program, and on behalf of NH Hotels, Mr. Gabriel Tomás Díaz Hernández, Director of Human Resources America, and Mr. Raul Lara Solomon, NH Hotels Industrial Relations and authorities representing the Other participating hotels as venues for this generation.
NH Hotels is proud to announce that 6 of these guys join the staff of collaborators of NH Hoteles, by signing an employment contract in the area that was his choice, and best played during these weeks.
