The National Chamber of Tourism of Peru (CANATUR) announced the organization of the eighteenth edition of the Peru Travel Mart (PTM 2011) to be held in Lima from 15 to 18 May. The event will give great emphasis to the 100 years of great discovery of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (HSMP). The PTM 2011 is the most important annual event for promoting tourism in Peru and will build on this opportunity to give the historical importance of the seven wonders of the world.
The event is strictly aimed at tour operators, and is a joint effort of the Peruvian State, represented by the Commission for the Promotion of Peru - PROMPERU, and the private sector, represented by the National Tourism CANATUR. On this occasion, the PTM 2011 brings an international firm alliance with the events manager William C. Coleman Inc, who join the group PROMPERÚ CANATUR and to strengthen the organization and the national and international call.
The 2011 edition of the Peru Travel Mart show to potential buyers, new tourism products, excellent infrastructure, an effort to integrate with the world and an interesting business opportunity with the possibility of further developing its product range.
